Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a strong bleach smell during our stay, yet the rooms were spacious and clean with adequate facilities. The staff was helpful but encountered issues with a cash deposit contrary to the website's information. The location was good overall, especially for a night out, despite minor maintenance call concerns. The dining experience was above average, although not very kid-friendly but adequate for the price. Good standard facilities at the hotel.
The hotel has its highs and lows. While the rooms urgently need a revamp and had a funny smell from the wardrobe, the view overlooking a carpark was shielded by a lovely bamboo and palm garden. The TV in the kids' room was exceptional, though not meeting my expectations from the advertisement.
The hotel's location is really nice, next to the river and close to shops and eateries; however, the rooms didn't meet my expectations as they were not soundproofed. The service was accommodating within current restrictions, and the staff was great, but the restaurant staff could be friendlier. The hotel is convenient for exploring Perth central and beyond; however, some noise disturbances affected my stay. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement, and the hotel lacked a spa facility.
